Review by hotel critic
The breakfast spread was good, and the attentive staff ensured any additional requests were promptly met. The overall staff was friendly and helpful, adding a pleasant touch to the experience.Although the room was comfortable, I noted some areas where the housekeeping could have been improved. The laundry service was efficient, but it came at an additional cost, which is something to consider for budget-conscious travelers. The paid shuttle service was convenient for exploring the surrounding areas, but it would have been more appealing if it was complimentary. The air conditioning provided respite from the Brazilian heat, and the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a bonus for staying connected. The outdoor swimming pool and solarium were well-maintained, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure. In conclusion, Pousada Aruana presents a decent balance between luxury and value. For those prioritizing cost-effectiveness while still seeking a comfortable stay with convenient amenities, this hotel is worth considering.
